I will keep coming back
I have been a guest here a great many times. I appreciate the classic and timeless interior.. Reminds me of other classic hotels I have stayed in during my lifetime. Very comfortable furniture and beds. The sitting arrangement outside the rooms offers a great view of the river Mekhong. Breakfast on the terrasse likewise. The waiter gave wonderful service and was very attentative. Nextt time I will reguest a room on the 3rd or 4th floor as the tress outside the hotel have grown and block some of the view.

The hotel is just like the old colonial ones in a film set but with all mod cons it is fantastic
Beautiful hotel with stunning views. Breakfast was buffet good
The hotel is an hour from Chiang Rai but beautiful and quiet area no good going if you want bars and trips only one we found was across the river to Laos

Cheap, great position, big rooms, but needs a refresh. Desperately.
Great position. Lovely staff.
Room smelt if cigarettes. Bathroom light not working, (main light). Toilet leaked. It was a VERY old bathroom, I doubt it’s ever been refurbished since it was built - which was a long time ago.

What was the highlight of Imperial Golden Triangle Resort

2nd time I stayed at this hotel. 1st time I must have been lucky, I got a room with a nice view and a balcony. Now I was at the below floor. The hotel is nice, but old and needs an update. Excellent location though. And the staff is very nice and helpful!
The bathroom sink was leaking, which is not done in a hotel this value. I (single) asked for a double bed when booking, but got a 3 pax-room with 3x single beds. Ok if it is busy, I do understand. But there were not many guests... so that was disappointing. The breakfast was, for that price, rather disappointing. They could arrange more to up the value. Presentation is nice though.
